Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of myLeads360 as a customer and/or vendor. By using this platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Platform Role

myLeads360 connects customers and independent vendors. We are a marketplace facilitator and are not a party to service contracts between customers and vendors.

2. Customer Use

• Customers may post genuine jobs and provide accurate details.
• Customers are responsible for vendor selection and final hiring decisions.
• Customers must communicate respectfully and lawfully.

3. Vendor Use

• Vendors must provide accurate profile and business information.
• Approval, suspension, or removal may occur for policy violations.
• Lead access and platform features may require credits and/or fees as displayed in the app.

4. Payments and Credits

Credit purchases, onboarding fees, and related transactions are subject to platform rules shown at checkout. Unless required by law, purchases are non-refundable once used.

5. Liability

myLeads360 is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee job outcomes, quote acceptance, or vendor performance. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
